Scientexa uses the public Clarivate book-evaluation criteria as a documentation checklist. Each book has a separate evidence page.
Clarivate Book Citation Index
The public criteria address 18 areas, including ISBN, publisher identity, year, full-text access, scholarly scope, front matter, language, author affiliations and references. Meeting a checklist is not a selection decision. Clarivate makes its own assessment, and publishers must establish a partnership with Clarivate before submitting books.
Clarivate’s stated exclusions include textbooks, popular science, guides and general-audience books. A title’s classification depends on the work itself; metadata or an English abstract cannot change its substantive nature or guarantee coverage.
